Residents of Eaton Square are permitted to access the garden, providing their property head lease states so.

Can I take my dog into the garden?
Dogs are permitted inside two of the gardens at Eaton Square. All dogs must be registered with Grosvenor. There is an annual charge of £79 per dog. Dogs are only permitted in the North East Garden (opposite No.111) and the South West Garden (opposite No.56). All registered dogs must wear their Grosvenor tag at all times whilst in the garden. Can I have a party in the garden? Is there a charge?
We welcome appropriate parties to Eaton Square Garden, however there are certain regulations for having a party. The rules and conditions are available for download at the bottom of this page. Residents should contact us to apply for a party. All parties must be approved by both Grosvenor.

The tennis court is available for use by Eaton Square residents only. There is an an annual charge of £277 for use. The rules and conditions are available for download at the bottom of this page. How do I make a booking for the tennis court?
Court sessions can be requested using our online booking platform. A link to which can be found at the bottom at the bottom of this page. You will need to sign in at the top-right hand corner using your unique login details. Please contact us if you have forgotten your details.
